Since 2004, she has been helping business professionals and companies understand behavioral styles in order to step to the next level, whether it is growing a business, hiring the right people to fit the company culture or helping an individual find the right career.

How to work with Laura

To get us started, I am not a recruiter and I don’t charge a retainer. I create links to the online assessments that are for your company (no one else has access to your links). You get to use them when you deem appropriate. I recommend that you and your existing team begin by taking the DISC/Motivators assessments, so I know what your company culture is. When hiring, many people are conducting a 15 – 20 phone interview first and if that goes well, bring them in for a two hour in person interview. Spend the first 30 minutes interviewing them and if you like what you see and hear, have them take the assessments in your office, if you don’t like what you see and hear, thank them for their time and send them on their way 😊 When a report rolls in, I charge your credit card. If you would like to talk about the candidate, I offer the first 15 minutes of our call for free, if we talk more than that, I charge $250 an hour and that is billed in 15 minute increments… and I will charge you for the first 15 minutes. I ask you to fill out and sign a one page contract/agreement that you provide me a credit card number. Some people use me for just the reports and others use me for interpreting the reports to help them choose wisely when hiring or dealing with people on their team they are having trouble with.
